Awesome to be on the ground for the Sailing World Cup Final in Melbourne, the final for World Sailing’s World Cup this year!
170 entrants, plenty of rock stars, but also plenty of rock stars in the making, such as Finn, Elkan and Anna who I caught up with today.
Optimist sailor Adelaide Pullin from Queensland is missing her primary school graduation to be at Sailing World Cup Melbourne for the Optimist Girls Camp and racing.
So, we organised a little surprise for her. Mat Belcher, double Olympic medallist in the 470, dropped past to present Adelaide with her graduation certificate. Just awesome! This is what sailing is all about!
